Campos is only 5.3 km away and offers restaurants, supermarkets, and weekly markets. The stunning beaches of Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita, and Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi are very close by.

Outside, you’ll find spacious, lovingly landscaped gardens and a beautiful 8 x 4-meter chlorine pool (depth 1.10–1.70 m). Surrounding the pool are 6 comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a large pergola—ideal for cozy outdoor barbecues. There’s also an inviting chill-out area with sofas and a coffee table, as well as a small playground for the youngest guests. The entire property is fully fenced, offering maximum privacy and tranquility.
The interior of the house spans two floors and features a bright, open living space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are harmoniously connected thanks to large windows. Here you can watch satellite TV, listen to music, or prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen with a large cooking island. A separate laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
In total, the house has three cozy bedrooms—all with air conditioning, satellite TV, a closet or walk-in closet, and direct access to a terrace.
