Welcome to Twin Palms 1002
Our condo is a two-bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like they're close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort in a nautical color theme. We also wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. In other words, make this a home away from home. For our guests and us. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

• Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless-steel double sink and disposal
• Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and a TV/DVD player, and gulf view with balcony access
• Master Bath has a walk-in shower and vanity
• 2nd bedroom has 2 Full Size beds and a TV/DVD player
• The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower

We picked Twin Palms 1002 because it offers us a conveniently located yet quiet beachfront location in resort that is designed to be convenient for guests with some nice amenities. Guests of Twin Palms will be required to register for parking through the 3rd party vendor, Parknspot. Guests are able to register up to 2 vehicles for $40 per vehicle.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

We loved it here! The property is very clean and nice. It made for such a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean and sliding doors out of the room. The guest bedroom had 2 full size beds and they were both comfy. We also cooked several meals at the condo and it had all the pots, pans, utensils and cookware needed. One thing I will say and not a negative thing, just something to know, there are no spices at all here not even salt so be sure you get some while at the store if you plan to cook. The condo also stayed nice and cool the whole time we were there. In the evenings we chilled on the comfy couches that had plenty of room for all 4 of us. The balcony was also very spacious and a place we all hung out at numerous times. The pool was also clean and a fun place to hang. Overall a great place and we would love to stay here again. 5/5 stars!!!

Nice, clean, well stocked with starter items. Lots of security (door, gate, beach/pool access all have codes). My only negative is the master bedroom needs black out drapes.

Stayed the last week of April. The accommodations were excellent and management staff were very courteous. Unfortunately, a huge Harley Davidson Event was taking place at the same time of our vaca. Check out events before you book and understand that you are on the strip.
