Ocean Ritz 1602 is a gulf front 3Bed/3Bath condo that boasts amazing views along with a spacious balcony. This condo has all the comforts of home! A large living room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV/DVD offers amazing gulf views!
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, ocean views, TV, and private bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. The 3rd guest bedroom provides a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double underneath and a 3rd bathroom just down the hall. WIFI throughout the unit.
This condo also has a large balcony with chairs and a dining table so guests can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the beautiful white beaches and perfect gulf waters! Come and experience a wonderfully fun and relaxing vacation in Ocean Ritz 1602! There is plenty of room for everyone! Per resort each unit is allowed up to 2 vehicles

Overall, was a decent stay. Bedding was clean, and plenty of towels. Floors were dirty, but seems to be the going thing for beach condos with all of the beach sand. (Most that ive stayed at in PCB are.)The veiw was spectacular. I did message the host about the condition of some items on the property just to make him aware (we also messaged the maintenance number so hopefully those few items were taken care of for future guests) and also about the pool code being incorrect. It did not work at any of the gates. I was never responded to for the pool code. If it weren't for family staying in another unit, we would not have known it. Other than those issues the stay was seamless and still completely worth it. Hot tub was HOT and pool was refreshing! The ice cream shop across the street was delicious as well! Parking was very tight. Check in and out were fair and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking was terrible for a 3 bedroom our vehicle wouldn't fit in assigned spot and the overflow lot was always full Parking needs to be assigned better to scared to leave to go do things worrying about getting a Parking spot back
