** Parking **

1 covered parking spot included, for additional cars we have overflow parking which is available for first come basis. If overflow is full, owner reimburses paid parking with receipt. Paid parking is right next to overflow parking.

This includes the full kitchen, all living spaces, and the oversized private balcony. For your convenience, a personalized door code will be provided the day before check-in for secure, keyless, and easy self-check-in.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. When we arrived the only coffee pot in the unit was a drip coffee maker and everyone in our party brought k up coffees with us. We requested a k pod coffee maker and it was delivered the next day. The unit was spacious but needs updating. We enjoyed our stay

Beautiful views, large condo with everything you need. We had a problem with the fridge but the owner had great communication and worked to correct the problem as fast as possible.

The location, beach access, beach view, 4 bedrooms (2 kings), & 4 bathrooms are why we chose this condo for our family’s spring break week long trip. The condo is well furnished including the patio, kitchen, family living space, & bedrooms. The kitchen has all the basics & bathrooms have enough towels for all staying. Checkin process - lots of property guidelines, yet there were only 2 wristbands for our party of seven, no pool gate code, & no WiFi password given. Contacted owner for WiFi password and on site maintenance provided the pool gate code. Unfortunately there were issues during our stay. The owner, Sandy, is friendly & easy to communicate with. She is responsive, had maintenance out for our AC issues the very next day & confirmed there was a WiFi provider outage. She sent us a thoughtful fruit basket for our inconveniences. She gave a small refund once I advised her of mold & wall water leakage. The cleaning is not thorough - there’s mold in all the bathrooms & washer. The floors are dirty- needs a thorough mopping. The AC unit broke and was only restored to fully functioning on the day before we left. The WiFi worked for just half a day at the beginning of the entire trip. It rained the last night and the right rear bedroom wall had a leak directly over the bed. It was a steady stream of water from a hole in the wall. The hole appeared to be a past picture frame hanging. In conclusion, if the issues are fully addressed we would love to stay again.
