1 covered parking spot included, for additional cars we have overflow parking which is available for first come basis. If overflow is full, owner reimburses paid parking with receipt. Paid parking is right next to overflow parking.

This includes the full kitchen, all living spaces, and the oversized private balcony. Sandy was very quick to respond to any and all questions. Beautiful location and overall a great stay. As many of the previous reviews mentioned, the parking is less than ideal. We were very quickly reimbursed for parking in the city owned parking lot. There were a few “bugs” during our stay and the refrigerator/freezer didn’t cool/freeze adequately. Could use a deep cleaning as well. I would stay here again.

The condo was great in a great location. The parking garage is tiny and you can only have one car and have to park in overflow across the street which is 99.9% always full. So public parking is right beside that. It's 12 per day. The host will reimburse you after you screenshot and email proof of how many days you paid There's a few little things like only 3/4 glasses in cabinet they could use some more kitchen utensils and cookie sheets skillets etc. The dishwasher works but doesn't always get the cooking dishes clean. The washer has a weird smell but doesn't leave it on your clothes at all. The rooms all have bathrooms which is fantastic. The rooms are nice as well. You get an extra fold out bed which is nice. I'm the back porch is fantastic and the front porch has extra chairs and beach toys to borrow! The parking was the hardest part. The host was fantastic the whole time answering my questions and being sure we have everything we needed. They promptly reimbursed us for public parking. 5 stars

The location, beach access, beach view, 4 bedrooms (2 kings), & 4 bathrooms are why we chose this condo for our family’s spring break week long trip. The condo is well furnished including the patio, kitchen, family living space, & bedrooms. The kitchen has all the basics & bathrooms have enough towels for all staying.
Checkin process - lots of property guidelines, yet there were only 2 wristbands for our party of seven, no pool gate code, & no WiFi password given. Contacted owner for WiFi password and on site maintenance provided the pool gate code.
Unfortunately there were issues during our stay. The owner, Sandy, is friendly & easy to communicate with. She is responsive, had maintenance out for our AC issues the very next day & confirmed there was a WiFi provider outage. She sent us a thoughtful fruit basket for our inconveniences. She gave a small refund once I advised her of mold & wall water leakage.
The cleaning is not thorough - there’s mold in all the bathrooms & washer. The floors are dirty- needs a thorough mopping. The AC unit broke and was only restored to fully functioning on the day before we left. The WiFi worked for just half a day at the beginning of the entire trip. It rained the last night and the right rear bedroom wall had a leak directly over the bed. It was a steady stream of water from a hole in the wall. The hole appeared to be a past picture frame hanging.
In conclusion, if the issues are fully addressed we would love to stay again.
