Condo was beautiful, clean and management was very helpful and friendly. The beach view was stunning, there was plenty of restaurants and water sports we all enjoyed. We would recommend this location and Twin Palms to anyone. We really loved everything and would stay here again when we return.

Everything was perfect! One minor issue, we were given an incorrect gate code so upon arriving at 11pm there was some frustration trying to gain access to the resort. A few phone calls and about a 20 minute wait we were able to get in. Weather was great. We did enjoy small talk with the maintenance staff Jeromy, he was great!

Overall, the stay was great. Room was exactly as pictured. We had no issues during our stay with the room and/or facility. The one comment that was a little tough for us was parking due to the height of our truck, we literally had to stand on the running boards (1/2 way in and out of truck) to ensure we we not going to hit the pipes/lines in the parking structure area. It would have been helpful if there was additional parking somewhere for vehicles that are right at the height limit, it was a little nerve wracking making sure we were clearing each time we were coming in/out. Conveniently located to lots of things, loved the Mad Cow Creamery across the street, went there several times!

Location of this condo was perfect, close to everything, twin palms needs some work, hallways, doors to units pretty beat up from careless people, pool is great, covered parking is a plus, our unit could of been better cleaned, they volunteered to redo, but we had already unpacked and cleaned what we could, we would stay here again. We booked with Book that condo this time, tooooo many fees with VRBO, so much easier to work with, will never go with VRBO again
