Beginning June 1, 2026, parking at Twin Palms will be operated through the resort by Park N Spot.
After booking your condo, your reservation information (including your email address, phone number, and dates of stay) will be registered with Park N Spot. You will then receive an email with instructions to register your vehicle and pay for parking.
Once you arrive at the resort, a license plate reader will scan your vehicle tag and automatically open the gate for registered vehicles.
Parking fee is $40.00 plus tax and convenience fee for processing payment.
*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.
*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay. Let us know if you will be needing these items and we will ensure they are left at the unit before check in.
**This property requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years of age

This condo was absolutely beautiful and full of everything you could need for kids and adults. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bathrooms were exceptionally clean with easy walk-in showers. The whole condo has been updated. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed for cooking, including a crockpot, a griddle, two kinds of coffee makers and even an air fryer. There was nothing we were lacking. The outside closet had all sorts of beach items, even a wagon to tow it all to the beach. The patio was great and overlooked the beautiful beach and sunset. The building is super convenient to shopping. It also has a great pool and hot tub. But the star of the show is this amazing condo. We come to this building every fall and this particular unit is the best we've ever stayed in. So comfortable and accommodating. The owners are as nice as can be and so easy to communicate with. You cannot go wrong with this unit!

I can't say enough good things about this beach condo — it was absolutely perfect from start to finish!First off, the cleanliness was impeccable. The entire space was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear the owners take pride in maintaining a high standard.The amenities provided went above and beyond our expectations. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler — everything we needed was already there. It truly felt like a home away from home.As for the maintenance and upkeep, everything at the condo property was in top condition. A special shoutout to the property maintenance man, whose attention to detail truly stood out. His hard work didn’t go unnoticed and added a level of comfort and care that made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is clearly well looked after with regular care, and it shows.The beach access was unbeatable. Just a short walk and we were right on the sand. No driving or parking hassles — just easy, breezy beach days. Lastly, communication with the host was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful — from the booking process to check-out. Every question was answered promptly, and we felt supported the entire time.All in all, this condo made our beach vacation absolutely unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending it to everyone we know!

Everything about this condo was exceptional. When you’re traveling by plane it’s hard to pack all of the essentials so we were elated to see all of the extras taken care of for us. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful condo!
