Decent value for money. Good location. Facilites could be better.

- Value for money is ok, decent size apartment for a family of 4 (two kids). - Beds are okayish (well one is good, the second seems like a sofa bed, cant expect too much out of that). - Good location, very close to city centre. View from the room and shared balcony is quite nice.

- I was required to pass an additional check-in form before arrival, it charged me 25 euros which to my knowledge were never referenced on booking - There is no proper bathroom door, it's like a wooden cover that you slide left or right, doesn't properly close. Even if you are quite comfortable with the other members of your family, you don't really need everyone to listen to your bowel movements while being 1 meter away. - AC did not work no matter what we tried, we were freezing during the night. - TV is a very low quality hisense smart TV, very slow and TV channels offering is poor - Even though we were on the 5th floor, the area seems quite vivid during the night, was relatively loud - Some kitchen cupboards are in poor shape - There was an digital fireplace simulator below the TV in one of the bedroom. It did not work.

Met all expectations

The apartment is well located just at the outskirts of the old town. It is an 8 minutes walk from the Málaga Centro Almeda train station, and very close to the town central. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the hosts were thoughtful enough to provide room slippers for the family. It came with all the amenities that were promised, including fresh towels, coffee pods and a hair dryer. The stay unique customer service team was very responsive, they attended to our queries via WhatsApp within 10 minutes.

The hot water was not switched on on the first day, so we had to fiddle around with the settings. Customer service was of great help. The apartment design is weird, but I guess that is the constraint of the building.

The breakfast was very good.

The multiple heating systems did not function. The air system only produced cold air, even when set for hot. The hair dryer did not heat, but only produced cold air.

I wish I had not chosen Stay Unique and I shall never stay in one of their properties again.

The worst aspect was dealing with the property company's customer services. I spent hours trying to satisfy their demands before they would send the access codes. The property had potential but was let down by several poor design features (eg seats so low that the living table could not be used) and shoddy workmanship (eg door knobs falling off). Contrary to its advertisement, this property does NOT offer breakfast - it instead send you to an indifferent cafe several streets away.

we could not stay due to the above factors not in our hand

we never were able to access after 2 hours waiting in the street , we tried to call , message , door bell ring and urge help from inside no one open the door and did not know how to get in so we left using Taxi to another place

nothing was right with the place nor receiving , or welcoming we never had the chance to see inside nor to be invited or talked to anyone for 2 hours maybe due Sunday or football match we learn all city was celebrating but we dont like football so it is not good excuse !

Amazing place, fully recommended!

Communication before and during our stay was perfect, we loved the location itself being close to the centre and train station as well, and can only praise how the flat was equipped. We can 100% recommend it! The final nice touch was the Halloween decoration and our kid getting a lollipop on the occasion of this holiday.

The space. The location. The amenities. Comfortable beds. Really great apartment.had everything inside needed.

Could have been a little bit more cleaner. Noticed a couple of things that I wasn't to pleased with but nothing standing out that made me not happy. Tbh thats a me nitpicking... Maybe the only thing I can say i didnt like was there no safe I could find. I think there was one but it wasn't clear or had any instructions . Had AC but i couldn't get it cool enough that I would have liked.

Comfy, spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Malaga

Beautiful, clean apartment in an amazing location. The apartment was bright and spacious, with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, good cold A/C, and a well-stocked bathroom. They even provide you with slippers, earplugs, and an eyemask. Beach umbrellas were available for use for free in the main lobby. Keyless access through an internet link, make sure your phone is charged when coming back to the apartment.

Sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable and the kitchen could use more essentials like oil and seasonings. Bathroom door doesn't lock.

Beautiful apartment!

I loved the layout and the decor was gorgeous! And great location! And the big windows in the front room let in lots of light. The bed was firm with just enough softness to support my lower back. :) The included soaps and lotions had a lovely scent. And it was great to have 2 different AC's which worked coz the bedroom and living room were so separate coz of the layout. Plus they let me leave my bags early in the room. :)

Getting in was a little challenging coz the Booking.com website cannot seem to email my address! :( And I didn't get the info I needed. But when I called the host's number someone met me at the door and helped me out and I got the door codes etc via Whatsapp.

Would try something different.

Great location, close to city center.

Check in was horrible. Waiting over hour to be messaged how to get into apartment even if we had confirmed our check in time. Host tried to make excuses i was not reachable but messages on booking work even if i might have been on plane when he tried to call. and i did not received any notification from operator that i was tried to reach by someone. Shower could have been cleaner.

Stinky apartment in a nice location.

Location was nice and by having a floor for yourself made for nice privacy.

First of all: sewage smell in the apartment lingering everywhere. But most intensely coming from the AC in the bed room. We stayed in apartment five, so I can only speak for this room. What was worse, was the handling of our complaint about the smell. Nobody really gave a sh*t. We complained since the day we arrived and asked for changing apartments, but since it’s fully booked this was not an option. We asked for at least a discount but this was denied. We were offered free cancellation of the nights we didn’t stay and find a new apartment, „if you’re not happy with this one“. Clearly not happy if your bedroom stinks! But finding a new accommodation during the busiest time of the year „Feria de Malaga“ was not how we intended to spend our time. Of course you wouldn’t find anything in the same price range regardless. We were told somebody would check on the situation but this was never done. It was always claimed that somebody went to our apartment and checked out the situation, but our baby monitor dismantled this lie with ease. Still the manager lied to us multiple times that she had been to the apartment and found that the smell was not too bad. She claimed it was coming „from the dried river outside“. Yet, when you leave the apartment and walk along said riverbed, you have no pungent smell at all. At some point that ac condensation started dripping through the ceiling into the bedroom and no one came to fix, check out clean up. Maybe some water gone bad was the cause of the smell. We’ll never know. I don’t think I expect too much if I complaint about something that is clearly a nuisance coming from the apartment/AC, that this complaint gets treated with a certain seriousness. Check out the Problem together, tell me what can be done and if nothing can be done, how can we make the stay more pleasurable. Deflecting and lying certainly is not the way to build a good customer relationship. Malaga is a beautiful city with beautiful.

I would recommend these apartments based on the staff and cleaning standards alone.

Immaculately clean, great location, well presented, better quality fixtures & fittings than most other apartments I’ve stayed in. Carolina was most helpful and northing was to much trouble. All the team we encountered were great.

No washing machine in apartment, and although there is a laundry less than 5 minutes away it works out expensive to wash and dry a normal wash costs €10. I would prefer a larger hob as this apartment has just a 2 ring hob.

Very nice design and a lot of space. Good location close to the old town Chinese shop just around the corner (to buy water/beer/snack). Amazing terrace!!! Few nice restaurants closeby. Well equipped and super stylish common kitchen, coffee machine, cookies - appreciated!

Door to the bathroom - looking good, but very unreliable, and not comfortable to use. Tea cups in the common kitchen only, and without cup handle, which is not very comfy either.

An amazing apartment with stunning views and sense of space

We loved the property. Great location, huge comfy bed with lovely bedding and soft towels. Great views from the bedroom to the Cathedral and sunrise and also a balcony to the side. Despite being so handy for the old town it was totally silent at night so we got a great sleep. The showroom was excellent The lounge was spacious with even more great views to the West and sunsets. A Smart TV, good internet and kitchen with everything we needed. We loved the Nesspresso machine. The lift was modern and efficient and quiet The rooftop terrace alsobhad great views almost 360 degrees Carolina the host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating Despite it being a busy time at Semana Santa we had a beautiful, tranquil stay for 10 nights and could even watch the processions from our window or rooftop. The views from inside the apartment were almost 360 degrees too! We can't recommend it enough

Newly refurbished building the apartment was decorated in modern comfortable style. Really cute roof garden.

Area is a bit grubby grafitti and over flowing dumpster and bins on the street. Early morning demolition noise from building next door. Of course this is not in the control of Avenida Rooms!

Great place for a short stay in Malaga, well-appointed apartment, everything you need & very clean.

Free nespresso, lovely! Very near all the central Malaga sights, but bit noisy traffic out the front for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Fantastic views from apartment & roof terrace.

Very little to complain about- the bathroom door is a bit problematic, sometimes comes off it's castors, doesn't fit very well. Better glazing/soundproofing at the front would help.

Great place to stay in Malaga

Nicely furnished flat, with amazing, huge bed. Nice patio and cozy tarrace with stunning view. Kitchen part is small but you have ALL you need to cook. Coffee & cookies are a treat in the morning :) Great value for money!
