Loved the location, the staff and the breakfast was really great :)
The WiFi was a bit slow in our room but it wasn’t a huge deal

Basic hostel with very friendly staff; Nice welcome smoothie and breakfast
The room including the bed was very moist; They ask for bank transfer upfront, which is confusing, but you can still always pay cash

Good location to explore around Ella. The man is very kind that works there, I think he’s the owner. The cafe looks cute with a nice view.
My dorm was mixed and I shared it with 3 men. There was no lock on the bathroom door or front door which didn’t feel very safe for me as a female solo traveller. Also the bed frame had mold and reeked and everything in the room was damp. I understand that it’s hard to combat in such a climate and there was a ton of rain, but still, it was not really nice.
