About this house rental
Amazing Beach Home just one block from the Beach! This traditional beach home has been completely redone inside and out. The home features two levels of the exact some floor plan. Each has a wonderful open floor plan with combination living/dining room with with beautiful open kitchens with quartz counter tops. Each living room has a large sectional looking onto a 65 inch TV. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). Inside and outside stairs are available for easy access of each floor. Catch the ocean breezes with two full sized porches, one on each level stretching across the front of the home. Shared bathrooms on each floor with tub/shower combinations.

• Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.

Great house for our family trip. One block walk to the beach; very convenient! We enjoyed meals and conversation on the porches. Would recommend

Great house and location to the beach. Unfortunately there was dredging going on at 4th Ave, which caused the water to be very murky.

Great home for family get together! We loved the proximity to the beach as well proximity to other activities. It was convenient to get everywhere from this end of the Island. The house was well stocked and spacious with a lovely porch which allowed us to linger over coffee while our grandchildren played. The only thing I would recommend is if you want to sleep in go ahead and take the top floor and let the early risers have first access to the porch, errands or outings as there is not a separate entrance/exit. Although we enjoyed the potter patter of little feet it might cut short some needed zzzz’s for night owls. Both kitchens were well equipped and we had absolutely everything we needed. Also, the laundry is downstairs of that helps. The only suggestion I would have is an extra set of sheets be available on each floor for the queen beds. All in all we had a great time and as usual, will use Island Realty again next year as all of our visits have been wonderful.
