About this house rental
Amazing Beach Home just one block from the Beach! This traditional beach home has been completely redone inside and out. The home features two levels of the exact some floor plan. Each has a wonderful open floor plan with combination living/dining room with with beautiful open kitchens with quartz counter tops. Each living room has a large sectional looking onto a 65 inch TV. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). Inside and outside stairs are available for easy access of each floor. Catch the ocean breezes with two full sized porches, one on each level stretching across the front of the home. Shared bathrooms on each floor with tub/shower combinations.

• Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
• Please no pets or smoking or parking on the grass, there is an irrigation system (thank you)

Great house and location to the beach. Unfortunately there was dredging going on at 4th Ave, which caused the water to be very murky.

This home was a wonderful fit for our family. Each family had not only a bedroom, but a private bathroom. AND there was plenty of space for everyone to be together!!! It was a real plus for us to have a fridge on both levels as it saved multiple trips to the grocery store. As the washer and dryer are located on the first floor, I would recommend adding shelving to the upstairs laundry area to have pantry space. For a family like ours who cooked a lot, there is no good place for pantry items. The VERY short walk to the beach was a big bonus since all 4 of our grandkids are under 6.
