About this house rental
Beautiful elevated tri-level home with reverse floor plan, located in the heart of Isle of Palms across the street from the beach. Before you head out to relax on the beach, you can get a beautiful glimpse of the ocean from the rooftop deck. You won’t have to worry about your car since this home is a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops! The Pavilion Place outdoor private neighborhood pool is tucked away behind the house, and shared with only six private homes (open April 15-October 15).
This home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, gas grill, and a private outdoor shower underneath. Soak in the sun from the lounge chairs along your very own rooftop sundeck! Each balcony allows you to sit back, relax, and take in the ocean view. The square footage of this house is 2,675. No pets. No smoking. Linens & WiFi included. Dining area: seats 8, with additional seating for 8 at kitchen island. Gas grill can be pulled out from under garage for use.

We had a great time staying at this property over the week of July 4. It’s right in the mix of things and was a perfect place to view the IOP firework display and walk over to the golf cart parade. It is loud at night during the summer because all of the close live music, so that’s something to consider if you have little kids. Having the pool there is great, and while the house is starting to get a little dated in some ways, it’s still a wonderful spot close to the beach and easy walking to everywhere else.

We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 7 and under.
Positives: spacious garage, outdoor shower with hot water (have to hold pull chain continuously), extra ice maker, open kitchen/bar chairs, spacious living area, tv remote easy to negotiate, bathrooms, half bath especially nice, good quality towels, master, top deck, washer/dryer, air conditioning. Negatives: entrance to house sandy, dirty, unsightly, no outdoor hose to rinse feet or beach things, small refridgerator, cooking equipment disorganized and spread over 6 large under counter cabinets (fully equipped though), top bunks not made, one bed in upstairs bedroom not made and floor not vacuumed, top floor bathroom dirty, 2nd king bedroom very small, had to call realty company about dirty pool, Rock and Roll Bar: Windjammer directly across the street, played very loud music Saturday 5-9:30pm - impossible to sleep or talk. Other nights too but not as loud, closest beach access is through the Windjammer bar area but there is a much nicer one next to Casa Margarita.
