This property fit most of our needs. The location, area, and amenities of the resort are great! Our stay was in the summer and the property only has a plug in AC unit. We were hot! Sleeping required multiple portable fans. It was a little tight for 7 people. And I wish there were a few more towels. The kitchen had 1 hand towel. Older property, but kept up well.

One of my greatest pet peeves is when properties don’t wash mattress covers. Not only was the downstairs bed uncomfortable, I kept getting whiffs of people other than my husband and myself.
The carpet needs a good cleaning, and the duct tape on the dishwasher was a bit tacky. We didn’t even know there were glasses because it was never unloaded.
The balcony would benefit from more comfortable and sturdy furniture and a small table would be nice.
There was little to no communication with the property manager. Thankfully we remembered how to enter based on prior stays with VRBO.
The location is great but it appears the property has been neglected or checked for quality amenities.
