This fully furnished home is available for 30-day minimum rentals on the westside of Bend. With 2 off-street parking spaces, a detached garage, a fire pit and a wonderful yard, it is an awesome space to spend an extended vacation or as a temporary living space.
The newly resurfaced kitchen is equipped for cooks and hosts alike. A newly remodeled bathroom on the main floor features a curb-less shower and clean, modern finishes. 2 floors of windows in the back provide views of the verdant yard while lighting the back of the home.
Our family and guests alike love the comfortable outdoor living and socializing spots that can be found on 3 sides, with a large front porch for watching the neighborhood go by, side yard with an outdoor table and chairs, and private back yard and fire pit.
There is a garage with space to store bikes or water tubes and other small gear, but it is not available for parking or larger storage.
The washer and drier are located in the basement with ample storage for other gear.
