The house features high ceilings, two fireplaces, a landscaping creek, and an Italian marble wrap around patio, with the back deck overlooking the trail system. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stunner is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a large master suite with a custom en suite, including a limestone walk in shower, marble floors, and radiant heat. The perfect retreat for work or play.
The house features two primary living spaces, two fireplaces, all upgraded as of 2021. The house is at the end of a cup-de-sac for added privacy and backs up to Adventure Park, with miles and miles of biking and hiking trails right outside your door. The Parks at Broken Top is a charming neighborhood, featuring a large community pool, 10 acres of park space, and paved walking trails leading to single-track trails.
The house has Coretec vinyl plank flooring, and the third bedroom doubles as a home office (or the trundle converts to a king). There are four smart TVs. The kitchen features insta-hot water, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a built-in convection microwave, and cook top with hood. We stayed for 3 months and had the best time. The location is close to almost everything, town and Mt. Bachelor as we were there to ski and play in the snow. The neighborhood had easy access to walking paths. The back porch opens to a nature/green space and the home is located on a quiet cul de sac so both front and back afforded privacy. Interior spaces were open and comfortable. The best of all was working with the owners. They were so helpful with requests and were immediately reachable if we needed the smallest thing. This was a wonderful place to visit and we can't wait to go back.
