About this apartment rental
This newly remodeled condo is fully furnished with a gas fireplace, granite counter tops, jetted tub, three flat screen TV's, surround sound and gas barbecue on private deck. Heating and cooling is provided through a ductless heat pump system. The beds are super comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove top oven. It has everything you need for a relaxed get away with private forested view. Super clean and comfortable.
The space
One bedroom is downstairs close to the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second bedroom has a private half bath. This upstairs bedroom has been updated with four full walls (not a loft like many of the condos) making it totally private. The sofa bed has a brand new memory foam deluxe queen mattress. This unit looks out over an open grassy area with many conifer trees making for a relaxed and private setting. A new floor to ceiling window in the living room provides views of the aspen trees. There is a outdoor table and chairs along with a gas barbecue for enjoying the private deck area.
Guest access
The condo is located in a beautiful park like setting. You will have access to many amenities at Mt. Bachelor Village. The Deschutes River Trail runs adjacent to the property with walking trail access. Bend Athletic Club is also adjacent to the resort with walking trail access. WIFI is easily accessible. If you are interested in renting any kind of bike, Life Cycle Rental in Bend provides a very reasonable and excellent service. They will even deliver and pick up the bikes after you use them.
Other things to note
Quiet hours after 10pm. There are many guests and long term residence at nearby condos. This location is not appropriate for parties.

This property was perfect for myself and my grown son. The location was perfect (close to the beautiful river trail, shopping, restaurants). The home was clean and very comfortable.

This property is located just over a mile from the Old Mill District and conveniently within walking distance to the Deschutes Walking Trail via the Mt. Bachelor Village Trail, they connect where you cross over the river. This unit backs up to a pretty wooded area, but we learned that beyond the trees is some sort of park because we could hear parents cheering for their kids one evening, but we didn't get to watch the game. It wasn't disturbing, but for the fact that we couldn't watch. :) Hayden Homes had a concert one night, that we could hear with the doors open, but not understand darn it. The unit had been cleaned, it wasn't clean like I would clean, but it was tidy. The comforters were very heavy, so if you like to sleep with light covers there were a couple blankets provided. We didn't use the stove or grill, but the microwave and fridge worked good. Parking is close and easy. The key was easy to find and access. If you've never been to Bend, be prepared for an unreal number of roundabouts as you travel around town, but you can get most places you want to go within 10-20 minutes. Evening, weekday traffic can back up at the roundabout near the Old Mill, so give yourself a little extra time if you have a reservation between 3pm and 6pm and have to travel that direction. It's a wonderful place to stay and visit and our host was communicative and easy to reach w/questions.

Very nicely furnished. Very clean. Appreciated the basic cooking supplies. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans. Comfortable beds. Not a complaint but an observation- downstairs bedroom carpet was clean but may be in need of replacement.Excellent communication with our host. Very prompt replies.Location was great for hiking. Steep but well-marked trail down to the Deschutes River. Or a flatter paved trail toward Mt. Bachelor.
