Booked house for business trip. It is a perfect little house in Old Colorado City. Super short walk to downtown for great food!! Quiet neighborhood, sidewalks to everywhere. Owner has house very well clean and stocked! Great communication from owner too!! Will definitely book again when in area!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was perfect for trips to The garden of the gods and pikes peak. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was easy to communicate with.

Everything that has been said is true. House is just as described and in a great location. We could walk to shops, restaurants and hiking. Close to everything even by car as well. Apartment was well equipped and all we need were a few weekly groceries like milk, eggs etc. sitting in the yard provided wonderful view of the mountains..the neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The accommodations were very comfortable.
We had no complaints and would love to come back, hopefully we can. My only suggestion is to send the app information for accessing the house the day before arrival as we had some wireless/internet issues connecting, but once we got the app all worked perfectly.
Melissa a responded quickly to questions and inquiries. Great all around stay.
