About this house rental
Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Great stay to celebrate Thsnksgiving with our family. House was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Host was extremely prompt with responses and also let us check in earlier due to our son’s basketball game. Very convenient location - able to walk to town and restaurants.

The stay was good for the most part. Areas of improvement: The couch downstairs is broken and needs replaced. Thus with that being the only living area to relax, it was not comfortable. There were complaints online about this in 2023 and it was not rectified since. The bunk bed in the bedroom was loud with any movement, that also needs fixed. The pillows smelled of body odor. No other complaints.
