Welcome to The Wildflower Cottage. Feel right at home in this totally renovated 1920`s cottage. Enjoy spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a ready kitchen for all your meal ideas. Ride one of the provided bicycles around town to see the sites, explore local boutiques, and restaurants. Each bedroom named after a Colorado wildflower. The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen to cook a meal and enjoy the company of friends. Streaming TV, Fast WiFi, Bicycle dining table, laundry room, bonus room for yoga or meditation, a night spent at home has never sounded so good.
Enjoy month to month living with all utilities, trash, and wifi included.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 9 AM and always be respectful to the neighbors. No smoking anywhere in the house. Ashtrays are provided outside and we ask that no evidence of discards are left in the ashtray or on the grounds.
No parties are allowed. Dogs are allowed (up to 2) that are well behaved, house trained, no barking especially if left alone. Guests are required to pick up all pet waste quickly. Please bag and deposit their waste in the outside trash cans. Trash cans are located off Pikes Peak Avenue, at the side of the house facing the street.
