Jenny was super nice and communication was really easy. Everything went smoothly. The place is cozy, in a quiet and cool location. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it!
There was some noise from cars on Colorado Ave, which is about a block away.

This is what I liked about the property. The kitchen amenities were there and had many options for cooking etc. The fact that it was 420 friendly was our highest booking point. Location was spot on and had a great view of Pike's Peak which was nice. Bathroom is good size, but lift your leg high to get into the shower or you will stumble. Plenty of closet space and lighting throughout. Would I stay here again? Probably so but don't expect the Taj Mahal as this is an air bnb that is on the lower end.
Let's start with the heating and cooling. The thermostat was programmed and thankfully we were given the key. The temperature in the place was over the top hot whether you set it on 70 or 62 it was hot in the bedrooms and expect to have the fans on. Please don't expect to use the advertised WII as it doesn't work well and all the discs provided are trashed and unusable this was a super bummer. The couch is broken in 2 spots and you will fall into the couch with no support leaving seating for 3 not 5 on the sectional couch. The floors are so uneven in this place and that may be a Colorado thing, but don't go barefoot as you might cut your foot on the laminate flooring that is cracked and broken. The ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in a century so be aware when you turn it on that you may get blasted with dust. Now the master bed is hard, very very firm. The spare bedroom had a day bed that is broken and leans to the floor. Hold on to the rail all night our you will end up on the floor. The other bed is a trundle twin under the day bed. It was the best bed in the house. As for quiet hours, from 10p to 7am plan to be Quiet like mice per the notes...no shutting doors, no talking etc. That is a bit excessive...but ok.
