I rented this house with the intention of flying to Colorado and enjoying a staycation with my mother, who lives in the Springs. Unfortunately, illness kept me from making the trip. I encouraged my mother to enjoy the stay with her best friend instead, and I’m so glad I did. They absolutely loved the serenity of the home and its charming furnishings and décor and cleanliness.What they appreciated most was the thoughtful layout — having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor made their stay especially comfortable and convenient.To top it all off, Jennifer was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to help my mother and her friend settle in, even assisting them with ordering food delivery. Her kindness and hospitality made the experience even more special .

This home was beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures depict it well, but it honestly was nicer and more spacious than I expected. The home was spotless and we enjoyed the unique, artful and tastefully done decor. There were so many extra items available in the kitchen and bath that were extras and very generous. We were impressed by the personal attention by Jennifer from messages with updates and very helpful information for visiting the area sent to us before we arrived to the personal welcome note and bottle of wine along with encouragement to call if we needed anything. The house is in a very convenient neighborhood location for visiting the area. We also appreciated not having a long list of "chores" and cleaning left for us to do before leaving like some hosts require in addition to their cleaning fee. If we are ever in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely want to stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thank you so much for your superb hospitality!
