This cottage was the perfect staycation near Old Colorado City. The location was ideal, the cottage was cozy and comfortable, and Kaitlyn was easy and open to communicate with. We will be back.

We had a wonderful first stay at the tiny home! It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants and outdoor activities. Management was kind, responsive, and very welcoming. We look forward to coming back and trying the other tiny houses. Thank you!

The house was cute. There were cute goats outside to see. The house was very clean. However, the bathroom was a nightmare. The shower gets water all over the bathroom, making it EXTREMELY unsafe. The lofts are good for kids and nimble adults. There was no comforter for the twin bed, which made for a chilly night. The check-out talks about running the dishwasher, but there is none. The tiny home is directly next to a trailer park where we heard a lot of music from. Overall, it was a nice place for the kids to run around and was very close to the Garden of the Gods, but the bathroom situation and missing comforter made our stay a “C” experience.
