This private secluded home located right on the Saco River allows an intimate retreat for friends and/or family. Minutes to outlet shopping, dining, StoryLand, lakes, hiking, horseback riding and many natural attractions the White Mountains have to offer. Summary... you can stay put or venture out...having a great time either way. Set on 7 private acres with a private beach just two hundred yards down river. Large deck is great for outdoor entertaining. Large multi level yard. Spare room off living room turns into a 4th bedroom with pocket doors. Finished basement with 60 inch smart TV, xbox and private bath is a perfect place for the kids to hang out. Wooded paths along the Saco River. The property invites all to enjoy spring, summer and fall activities without leaving. Being minutes from N.Conway outlet shopping, the many restaurants the valley has to offer, Attitash Mountain summer fun, and StoryLand makes our location even more desirable. We loved the house! It was spacious, very clean with a large back yard. The s'mores "welcome gift" was a big hit with the little ones. Bruce, our host, was responsive and communication was very timely. Can't wait to come back!

My friends and I have now been twice to Bruce's cabin, and it's the perfect spot for floating down the Saco, as well as enjoying downtown North Conway. Bruce is accommodating, attentive, and provides a clean and spacious place for large groups to enjoy. The cabin itself has good size rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a fantastic finished basement, and a sizeable kitchen/dining room. Lastly, the back yard is right beside the river, amazing area to relax and enjoy the ambiance!

Spacious clean house with a great view. Outdoor activities abundant, indoor fun included too. Great area Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Kancamagus Highway, and a short drive to Mt Washington. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!
