Host was always responsive to any needs. Location was OK.
The unit could use a little TLC. The step from the inside of the unit onto the deck was a big drop, it was a tripping hazzord.

We had a wonderful stay at the vacation home. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home
We enjoyed our stay at the vacation home, but we did notice some issues with cleanliness. There was a lot of dust on the furniture, some spider webs, and we felt the house could use better child safety features such as cabinet locks and outlet covers.

The view was incredible from both decks! There was plenty of room with 3.5 bathrooms and a hot tub! A short drive to the center of North Conway.
