Just a 2 minute drive in to the village of North Conway, 1 min to the Saco river and Echo Lake and sandwiched in the middle of the areas best two ski resorts - Attitash (10min) and Cranmore (5min). One of the best restaurants (and a favorite of locals) is within walking distance from your home away from home.

This home is geared towards families or mature/responsible couples sharing.
Absolutely no parties, smoking or pets.
There is a ring camera at the entrance and also noise monitoring software on the premises.
There is a permanent resident who lives next door and quiet times need to be respected between 10pm and 8am.
Parking for 2 cars only.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.
Cooling: One window unit on the first floor and another on the second floor—provided from May 1st through September 30th.

This home was immaculate with impressive attention to details and nicely decorated. I stayed here in August 2024 with my husband, children and parents. We had plenty of space and plenty to do! The neighborhood was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. It was very easy to access North Conway and all area attractions.
Linens, towels, and toiletries were included. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The kitchen was stacked with everything we needed and more, including some dish soap, a sponge and dishwasher pods! Laundry was an added bonus! There were a/c units in most rooms, which worked great in the August heat!
The property management was readily available and made the check-in/out process seamless! We would definitely stay here again and refer this property to others!

Plenty of space for all. Small incident with the washer drain and I fixed it. Owners were super receptive and appreciative. The property service came to clean up in the am. Thanks!
