This condo is the definition of you get what you pay for.The good. Communication with the property management was easy via text and they responded to any messages quickly and professionally. The condo description was accurate. The location is great. The bathrooms were clean. The condo complex was quite. The condo itself has so much potential.The rest. I would not stay there again nor could I recommend to any one. The condo was a very weird mix of clean and dirty at the same time. The condo smells strongly of mold and mildew being covered by glade plugin's. The mildew smell was even stronger on the two basement bedrooms. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen and living room. The oven filled the kitchen with smoke during the preheating, seemingly a result needing to be cleaned. But the real one that sealed the deal for us was the dirty socks, vasiline tube, towel and latex gloves that were in between the seat cushions when my niece sat down on it, that was pretty gross. The downstairs bathroom toilet has a leak (property management said they had just learned about it and were working on getting it fixed, wasn't that big of a deal).Again this condo is considerably cheaper than other rentals in the area. The price did accurately reflect the experience.
