Newly renovated, with the renter experience in mind, this professionally managed rental has everything your heart desires to maximize your vacation & relaxation time in the White Mountains.
Complete with hot tub, private deck & local contact-which includes discounts to some of the areas best activities and restaurants-mean that your home away from home is a cut above the competition when it comes to all the small & important details.
With well appointed King and Queen rooms and an additional full bed with trundle in a third bedroom, a games room and a private deck with hot tub and grill, everyone (from adults to children) will be in their element during your stay in the White Mountains.
There is enough dining space for all guests and an electric fireplace to stay warm on those cold winter nights.
You will be close enough to town (under 2 miles) to be close to it all, but far enough away to get away from it all to relax an unwind.
Towels and lines are provided and there is a washer and dryer for you to use for your convenience.
Enjoy complimentary teas and coffee during your stay and a small welcome gift on arrival.
This is a professionally run rental unit, which means there is a local team that are there for you whenever you need them, giving you additional peace-of-mind during your stay.
Need a local recommendation? A massage? Ski tickets? Just give us a call. If something isn`t working in the house then we also have a team on standby to make sure you don`t have to wait long until it is corrected so you can continue relaxing.
You will drive through tree-lined streets as you approach your destination.
A 3-4 min drive puts you right in the heart of North Conway Village. This clean, modern and cosy space is also in the perfect location for you to access the many Ski areas in the Valley - poised enough to avoid most traffic, close enough to town to be in the middle of it all, yet far enough out to escape the hustle and bustle when you need to - while soaking in the hot tub with a beverage of choice. A short drive from the Saco river makes it perfectly situated to enjoy everything the valley has to offer.
We allow up to three cars at this property to be parked on the driveway. A fourth car may be added but it should be parked in the garage at all times.
During Snow storms please move 2 cars under the covered porch on the right side of the house (one behind another) and one car in the garage so the snow removal company does not have a hard time with trying to plow around cars.
Absolutely no parties or events at this house.
This is a residential neighborhood and we have strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
Video surveillance is present on the driveway only.
Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.

We had a blast spending a few days at this property with the kids and dogs! We hiked, grilled and hung on the hot tub. Ping pong was hilarious and smores at the fire pit. Thank you!

Stayed for the weekend with my family. Excellent location. Property was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Hot tub very clean and relaxing. Heated garage with ping pong, corn hole and other games led to lots of fun. Would stay again.

First, I would not call this rental upscale. It was clean and parts remodeled but not upscale. Secondly, the "local professional rental team" Abbey & The Indigo Team only communicated through auto generated generic emails and never responded to several attempts to ask for an early check-in or followed up on items left behind.
Other issues - the heat was off when we arrived. It was in the 50s in the house. There are only 3 bedrooms (not 4 as the listing describes). I would caution planning to stay with more than 6 people as the trundle in the 3rd bedroom is only a twin and the bed takes up the entire room when trundle is opened. There is also no closet in the 3rd bedroom.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the hot tub was very nice (newer but small) and the heated garage was a nice area for the kids to play.
Overall, I will not be renting from Abbey & The Indigo Team again.
