The location within the city was perfect, 10 mins walk to the station and not far from the beach.
The apartment had everything I needed.
It was comfortable for me alone. One other person would be good as well, but the third person sleeping on the sofa would draw the shorter stick and it would get too crowded.
I wish I would've known in advance that the train passes right outside the window. It goes fast, so it's very loud and there's a crossing nearby, which you also get to listen to each time a train comes. After about 2 days, you get used to it, but be advised.
Also, the sofa is not very comfortable. It has definitely seen its' best years and can only fit 2 people. A third person would have nowhere to sit.
