Great apartment, well taken care of and also equipped with many amenities. Good value for money and very quiet neighbourhood. Good proximity to the beach as well as enoshima island. We enjoyed the place.
The location is very quiet and requires some walking from enoshima station. You have to walk maybe for 10-20 minutes, its a very pleasant walk along the beach promenade and the apartment is very close to the beach.

洗濯機と乾燥機、ジェルボールまで備え付けてありありがたかったです。
湯沸かしにティーバッグ、ドリップバッグコーヒーも嬉しかったです
あえて言うなら周囲にコンビニがないので、駅近くであらかじめ購入しておく必要があります。
あ、あとダイニングテーブルはかなりミニサイズです。

とにかくベッドが最高でした！ホストの方との連絡も密に取れてとても安心でした。
部屋のあちこちに細かな部分に気遣いが見られ本当に過ごしやすかったです。
お部屋にあるものもすごく新しいもので良かったです。
延泊したいくらいでした^^
特にないです。
片瀬江ノ島駅と鵠沼海岸駅のちょうど真ん中だったので少し歩くなぁと感じたくらいでした。
でもいい気候だったので歩くのはとても気持ちよかったです。
自転車や車移動なら全然気にならないと思います。

Very easy and nice communication with the owner. For one person the size of the flat was just perfect. You also have some space outside to dry a wetsuit and towel. There is a small kitchen and also a washing machine and dryer. Easy to use.
The location is very close to the beach and a great surfspot. You just need to cross the big street. Surfshops around the corner. Some restaurants nearby.
They have a beamer, which is very easy to use and which has netflix. The bed was comfortable.
Just some thoughts: For me the size of the flat was perfect. With 2 adults and 1 small child it might be fine too, but otherwise I think it can get tight.
I loved Kugenuma and the location of the flat as its a bit away from the very touristy Enoshima area. However, you need to consider if you like that too. Its a 20 Minutes walk and 15 to the next family mart/supermarket.
