ロケーションがよかった。 横浜駅周辺、Kアリーナなどでのイベントがあるなら複数人で泊まる分にはすごく適していると思う。
2日目にお湯が出なくて悪戦苦闘した。しかし、ホストが対応してくれて解決できた。

今回、Kアリーナ横浜へのイベント参加を目的にしていたので、会場へのアクセスの良さ(徒歩圏内)というのが非常に魅力的でした。 内装も新しく綺麗で、設備も十分に設置されていたので過ごしやすかったです。 最初線路近くの物件だったので騒音などが気になるかと思っていましたが、特に気になることもなく快適でした。
Bokking.comで表示される住所からGoogleマップを開くと別の物件に飛んでしまうため、別行動をしていた同行者が別の物件に入ろうとしてしまいました。 紹介写真の外観を覚えていないと位置が分かり辛いかもしれないです。

建物時代が新しいのもあるが、きちんと清掃が行き届いており、設備や備品が新品同様に美しかった。 横浜中心地から徒歩圏内の好立地なのに価格がリーズナブルでありがたかった。
使用済みのタオルをかける場所がなくどうすれば良いのかわからず、洗濯機の上に置いたままにしてしまいました。 回収するバスケットの設置や宿泊案内に記述があると、どうすればよいかもっとわかりやすくなると思います。
