Staff di una gentilezza indescrivibile! Colazione e cena eccellenti. Un piccolo pezzo di Giappone che è rimasto come una volta. Una gentilissima signora della reception, oltre a parlare ottimo inglese parla anche un po’ di italiano!

The staff and facilities are excellent--not a Western hotel in terms of comforts, but a traditional-style inn with a restaurant immediately next door, a short walk from the subway and in a nice quiet residential neighborhood.
I wish there were other lighting options besides the bright fluorescent overhead.
