This is a hostel with shared shower and toilet, but the facilities are close to the room and we didn't find that a bother. It is located in a real Japanese family house which is an experience (we usually stay in big hotels), and the family are very helpful. We made our own breakfast in the morning in the family kitchen which was comfortable and convenient for us. We came by car and there is one parking space.
I find the custom of taking off shoes at the front door tiresome and in a hotel you don't need to do that but in someone's home it is required. Also for using the bath you are supposed to wash first outside of the bath so we only took showers.

屋主及他的女兒非常親切且貼心，房子很漂亮，環境非常乾淨，不但為我們提供冰的麥茶，還算好我們返室時間，準備了浴缸水，走了一天能放鬆真的很棒。替我們考慮的行李的問題，還帶我們去鎌倉高校拍了照，.是值得推薦朋友，自己以後有機會再去也會選擇的住宿
