駅から近くてアクセスが良いです。また、 オーナーさんとは基本メールのやりとりですが 対応が早くて丁寧なのがよかったです。 寝具やタオル類も清潔ですし、お風呂もきれいでした。

木造なので仕方ないと思いますが、壁が薄いです。 泊まった日が暴風雨だったので音がすごく 隙間からなのか、木屑がたくさんテーブルの上に落ちてました。

C'est un logement pratique car près de la gare. Il est suffisamment grand, lumineux. Il est bien décoré. Il est proche de la voie ferrée et de la route donc pour les gens sensibles au bruit, il faut en tenir compte, même si les trains ne circulent pas au milieu de la nuit. Il est très facile d'avoir les informations pour rentrer dans le logement, tout est très bien expliqué.

Je n'ai pas réussi à avoir de l'eau chaude pour la douche: je n'ai pas compris pourquoi. On entend le bruit de la route: ce n'est pas une nuisance très importante mais ce n'est pas non plus très calme.

La gentilezza e l’accoglienza , la disponibilità del proprietario. Il supporto costante. Lo spazio del ryokan , la comodità. Molto vicino alla stazione di Kita Kamakhura.

The location is very convenient. Kita-kamakura station has great connections and is very closeby. However, you don't hear the train that much from the house. Also, the host and the workers of the hotel (next door, same owner) were very friendly. It's an old house with lots of character, so prepare to sleep on futons on a tatami floor. I stayed here for 1 month in total.

The kitchen really is only meant for super short stays and things like boiling an egg (with one electric stove top). Doing dishes and cooking take a very long time because of the size of the kitchen, it's really more of a scaled back kitchenette. There's plenty of seating options, but a couch would've been nice. To some, it might still be a bit too noisy with the kitchen of the hotel being right next to you (with only a locked sliding door in between) and the sounds from the train tracks that are right behind the house. For me, it wasn't that much of an issue. As it's an old house, bugs can creep in, I didn't see too many, but be aware.
