部屋清掃の人がチェックアウトの5分くらい前から玄関ドアをドンドンとうるさく不快でした。

Nice location close to the river and the train station, shopping street with plenty of restaurants nearby, slightly far but still walkable to the city center. The place is clean and light, recently renovated. Smooth check-in.
Felt slightly cramped even for two people. The bathroom had an annoying toilet lid that wouldn't stay open.

バスマットとタオルのシミが少し気になりましたが、しっかり洗濯はしてくれている様子なので、気にしない方には問題ないです。

設備が割としっかりしてて、室内は快適でした。 キーロックの機能も簡単だったので困ることもなかったです。
お風呂のシャワーの温水/冷水の切替が極端で調節が難しく、お風呂はゆっくり入れませんでした。
