The parking space of the apartment is directly in front of the 43 m² large fenced terrace with wooden furniture and cushions. The approximately 75 m² apartment extends over 3 floors. On the ground floor of the apartment is the living room with kitchen and dining table. The living room has a separate area for a comfortable sofa overlooking the 48 "flat screen TV. A music system with CD player and USB port provide entertainment and comfortable relaxation. The Hochglanzeinbauküche is two-line with cooking island. Fridge incl. The freezer, sink and dishwasher are on one side and the illuminated display cabinet shines with crockery and glasses.
