About this apartment rental
The apartment is a bright 2-room apartment furnished in a maritime style in a small, child-friendly vacation complex. The complex has a large garden.

Due to its special location as a corner apartment
it allows a view from the balcony into the greenery as well as from the bedroom onto the grounds of the riding stables.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed (180 x 200), which can be separated into two single beds. The comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200) in the bedroom/living room offers space for 2 more people. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a window.
In the dining/living room, the four of you can enjoy a relaxed meal at the table. The kitchenette has an elegant, modern design and offers everything you need for your vacation.
A duplex parking lot is available at the house. The apartment number corresponds to the number of the parking space. Please note that these parking spaces are not suitable for every car. Your car must not exceed the dimensions of 5 m in length, 1.5 m in height and 2.38 m in width.
Use of the parking spaces is at the tenant's own risk, please do not leave any valuables in your car. You can also travel comfortably by train and walk only 15 minutes from the station to the complex.
Hair dryer available. For bad weather there are children's DVDs in the apartment.
Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome in our vacation apartment, but cats are unfortunately not permitted. A maximum of one pet is allowed per booking. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to bring your pet with you so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Laundry packages can be booked for a fee

You can walk to the beach and the town center in about 10 to 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Timmendorfer Strand has something for everyone: seven kilometers of sandy beach with a dog beach, a great promenade for strolling, seeing and being seen.

Timmendorf is also a great destination for two- and four-legged friends in the fall and winter thanks to its surrounding leisure facilities. Dogs and horses are also allowed on the beach from October to March.
In the surrounding area you will find an amusement park, zoo, water skiing, adventure swimming pool, giant aquarium, indoor parks, climbing park, golf, tennis - in short: a real family vacation.
