Totally remodeled traditional island home. Perfect for your vacation getaway! Located on private lane with large back yard. Master suite with an attached bedroom and bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and loft, three levels of living space. Downstairs offers a living room and a separate sitting area. Just a short distance to seafood market and boat launch.
Linens and towels provided with this unit.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the large well seasoned cast iron pan. Screened porch is lovely, but the fan rattles and should be checked.The house is spacious with many beds but only two real bedrooms. Another is in a hallway and can be closed off. One small one requires walking through the master bedroom. Three beds in the attic. One bed downstairs.The private lane needs maintance (not sure who maintains it) but it was very bumpy with large holes. Parking our van was a bit difficult.

Plenty of space for 6 people to stay without tripping over each other. Room for eating meals together inside or on the porch. Close to shops, restaurants, and ice cream for biking.

Property was eclectic but great location! Sheets and towels were left for us even though we brought our own. Plenty of space for everyone and the screened porch was perfect for late night chilling!
