Enjoy the sunsets from this waterfront home, tucked away off North Main Street. Private setting and pet friendly (2 pet maximum). Water access for kayaks and canoes. Upstairs offers a separate living room and a TV, perfect for friends and family to spread out.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

The house is adorable, clean. Not really water front but does have spectacular views from the deck and upstairs. Love that it is dog friendly. Would stay here again! On a side note, the downstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Another lovely stay at Winder Station! Its a spacious and comfortable house that we stayed at before in 2020. And we always enjoy Chincoteague. Its time for some new furniture (the downstairs sofa especially) and a blender that works. Harbor Rentals could do a better job with replacing lightbulbs and making sure everything's cleaned fully.

Well, if it had been 50% less cost, especially in November, then all would be ok- it's rustic & charming, at best. The good:Comfy sofas on 1st levelGood kitchen appliances and suppliesBathrooms & bedrooms okA nice peak of the water at sunsetLots of blankets and lampsThe BadView blocked by other housesVery dark, lit mostly by "garage sale" lampsWiring of the house is bad, lights dim often at odd timesA general malaise of dustNO deck or porch furniture that would be safe to sit on- and very little of thatThe "waterfront" access was a 6' wide 100' long grassy path leading to marsh grass.Linens, towels and paper products not suppliedThe UglyGoodness, get rid of all the junk on the walls, shelves, rafters, everywhere- it gives everyone the creeps to see all this dusty old junk!
