You’ll love relaxing in the cozy Living Area and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Cable TV with Streaming. It’s perfect for kicking back after a day of fun in the sun at the Beach, and sharing stories of the day’s adventures. There’s also a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, just to give you another option. Full Bath 2 also has a Tub/Shower Combo.

They had a full kitchen, stocked with all of the essential pots and pans. The side porch was absolutely adorable.

This place was SO charming! We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a very small space for the amount of beds it has/people it sleeps, and there is no room for a suitcase in the smaller bedroom with the queen bed… but none of this took away from the amazing stay we had in Chincoteague. I can’t say enough good things about the responsiveness of the owners/management team, the location, cleanliness, and general value. I was also really impressed with the kitchen supplies, often times rentals have low quality pots/pans/knives and these were all better than expected. Few things to note that I wish we knew- the screened porch has many pops in the seals so the screen was not very functional for keeping pesky bugs out. Chincoteague is a magical little island but it is a nature sanctuary and the bugs are a part of that- we were counting on the screened porch as a little bit of a barrier between us and the bugs. We sprayed constantly and it helped but would’ve been nice to have enjoyed that space while we ate outside without the excessive bug spray. The AC unit also has a major drip from the condensation of the window unit that causes a big puddle on the porch- we put a bucket underneath that solved that easy. These little notes had very easy solutions and didn’t impair our beautiful weekend in the slightest! Would absolutely come back :)

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very responsive. The home is clean and perfectly accommodating.
