Spacious in town home will sleep the whole gang. Walking distance to town and Maddox Blvd. This centrally location is the best. Three bedrooms and huge loft upstairs. Also offering a separate dining area and nice back yard.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

This house is great for a family with young adult & teenage kids that want to bring friends, the second floor has 8 beds and it's own bathroom! The outdoor shower is key to making it work! Our group of 8 fit comfortably with beds to spare. Kitchen is well equipped but very small for a group our size, and the outdoor shower is in desperate need of maintenance, but it all works for the price and location this is a great deal!

The home is older but in good shape. The only inconvenience was the dryer being upstairs in the attic. Other than that the home was very functional and met all our needs.

We love renting with harbour rentals always quick and super easy to deal with. we stayed at this house last year we love the setup of it. everyone has there own space. but this year the cleanliness just wasnt great. cob webs eveywhere there was a dirty face cloth left in the bath tub when we got there and there were ants all over the kitchen. we literally put down pizza boxes on the counter and when we came back to get another slice we couldn't eat the food. sucks when you have this many people cause we do not want to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner but the kitchen is very small super outdated and just not clean. def will book with harbour again next time we are down but will not stay here again
