Strategically located a few kilometers from the Puerto Pollensa beach, La Caseta stands out for its natural environment and views of the majestic Tramuntana Mountains. Its exterior invites relaxation with a spacious 8mx4.5m pool surrounded by grass, six comfortable loungers, and three umbrellas. Additionally, a barbecue area with a table and benches next to the house provides the perfect setting to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. Climb the stone stairs to discover a rest area with a table and 6 chairs, a Balinese bed, and a terrace covered with white curtains to escape the sun, a true paradise.
Delve into the spacious and welcoming interior of La Caseta, where a living room with sofa, armchairs, satellite television and DVD harmoniously connects with the terrace of white curtains. We enjoyed our visit to this lovely villa within 10 minutes drive of both Alcudia and Pollensa with their restaurants and bars. It is set in a rural location with cockerels and horses for company. The outside space and pool area is really good and we spent most of our time out on the veranda or by the pool. The accommodation was more than sufficient for my wife and I with 3 good sized bedrooms (the beds were very comfortable). The kitchen was adequately equipped although both the toaster and the coffee machine could do with being replaced. Take the property owners advice and use bottled water for the kettle.My only other slight quibble is that we could not find any dedicated pool towels however this was a minor point.Finally I should say that the Instructions on how to get to the villa were provided and were easily understood with a google maps pin making navigation to the property simple and the property was very clean and tidy.

The property is stunning, a lovely old villa with tranquil surroundings, the pool is perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to pollenca, and 10 mins to port pollencaAlcudia. Amazing beaches at cala St Vincent Only 10 minutes away. Some modernisation would be good in the kitchen but a stunning villa.

Wunderschönen ruhigen gelegene Unterkunft
Der Garten und Poolbereich laden zum verweilen ein und man verbringt gerne viel Zeit in der Unterkunft. Man hat sehr viel Abstand zu den Nachbarn und keiner hat direkten Einblick zum Pool oder Terrasse.
Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön angelegt.
Bad im oberen Schlafzimmer wurde renoviert und hat nun eine Dusche mit Glas anstatt Vorhang.
Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt mit super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
Die Matratzen im oberen Schlafzimmer könnten erneuert werden. Hier ist bei den Matratzen jede einzelne Feder der Matratze zu spüren und sind Teile sehr durchgelegen, dies hat den Komfort beim Schlafen doch deutlich reduziert. Beim Schlafzimmer neben der Küche ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut und kann Nachts kaum angelassen werden.
Im oberen Bad roch es leider sehr nach Abfluss/Kloake wenn die fenster geschlossen waren. Man konnte das Bad nur mit offenem Fenster verwenden.
