Privacy, relaxation, tranquillity, and proximity to the sea (which is less than 15 minutes' walk away) and to the excellent restaurants and shops of Puerto Pollensa (just 3 km away) make this property a unique holiday home. This spacious villa offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious common areas and extensive gardens with lawn, palm trees and a pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests. Enjoy a drink by the pool, relax on the shaded terraces during the hottest hours of the day, rest in the cool rooms or take a walk through the Albufereta nature reserve to the beach: Beach Villa Arles is the perfect choice with an unbeatable quality-price ratio.
Inside, this spacious stone-built villa is distributed on a single floor. Extensive terraces surround the property to enjoy outdoor life even more. There is a large living room with beamed ceilings (equipped with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet, fireplace and dining table for 6 people), an independent kitchen with plenty of natural light and fully equipped (4 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with shower. The rooms, tastefully and stylishly decorated, are cosy and have air conditioning (included in the rental price).
In the exterior, the true Mallorcan charm of Beach Villa Carles will surprise you. Completely private, the gardens are planted with Mediterranean trees (olive trees, palm trees, flowers, shrubs) and are an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The private swimming pool of generous dimensions measures an impressive size of 50 square metres (10 x 5 m) and a depth between 1 and 2 m. Comfortable sun loungers are provided for guests to enjoy long days of sunbathing. There is a shower next to the pool. A brick-built barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are the perfect complement to dining outdoors in deep contact with nature.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Beautiful property, ideal location, great for families. Swimming pool is fantastic, spent most days in pool. Loved the outside terrace as always offered some shade. We would have given this a 5 star review but the en-suite bathroom had a very bad drainage smell even with air freshener and window open, the smell would not go away and you could not shower with the window open as blocks entry into bath. The main room is lovely however towards the end of the week, as the temperature increased, it was too hot in the evening when we needed to sit in it. This is likely due to no window shutters on the front of property where the sun hits later on in the day. This would put us off going in summer. Ideally a fan would be a good idea or air conditioning needed as all the bedrooms have this so it’s a shame about the main room. I’m sure these items can be addressed going forward. We had a fantastic holiday overall and would stay again!

Lovely villa. Excellent garden and pool. Nice private location. Bedrooms lovely and cool with the aircon. Don’t need it on 24hrs a day so the time restricted arrangement is absolutely fine. Kitchen facilities are fine and the proximity to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca makes it easy to eat out at some amazing places
Very minor thing, but would be good to have even just an electric fan in the main living area, but some way to cool it down would have made the villa perfect. There were a lot of biting insects outside in the evening.
