About this villa rental
The magnificent Embat, with 3 bedrooms and a private pool, is a truly special holiday home with the highest level of finishes and recently renovated. Combining elegant interiors with a perfect location, the villa is just 2 km from the coast and conveniently close to the coveted Puerto Pollensa, with its numerous bars, shops and restaurants.
Inside, the villa is arranged on a single floor, raised by a few steps (or a ramp) from the private road with parking.
The entrance door leads to the hallway and the open-plan living/dining room, which is bright, spacious and ventilated, with high beams. The modern dining table and chairs perfectly combine with the black leather sofas and chairs in the living room. Both areas have large patio doors that open onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. Next to the living room is the large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with its intriguing colour combination and stainless steel accessories including a wall oven. The kitchen door leads to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. Outside the living/dining room, there is a bedroom with two single beds with a large bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds and a full family bathroom. Stairs lead to the spacious main suite with a double bed, with its large bathroom with shower, marble floors and tiles, and modern details. The large patio doors lead to an uncovered balcony with beautiful views of the countryside and Pollensa Bay beyond.
The cosy swimming pool is located on one side of the house and is surrounded by grass on all sides. It will be the perfect place to enjoy long hours under the warm Mallorcan sun, take a refreshing dip or simply read a book. The outdoor terraces overlooking the pool and garden provide shade during the hottest hours of the day and are equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Embat. Whilst the furnishings are quite tired and worn, the kitchen was very well stocked and has brand new appliances. The outside area is fantastic and perfect for a family. Our kids loved the pool which was a good size. The surrounding garden area is also lovely with great views. The villa is in a great location with just a short ride to the beach.We would definitely recommend.

The villa itself was lovely, clean, and plenty of towels were given. Easy to check in and out. Supplies given were helpful. However If you are under 25 they will charge a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend coming here without a rented car as the taxi services are extremely unreliable, to no fault of Sealand Villa’s

Outside area is amazing. Great location and lovely space inside. Kitchen well equipped
It would be great to be given notice when the owner is going to turn up. We appreciate the garden needs to be watered etc within the two weeks but it gave us a shock one day that the gates opened and two people arrived, not knowing who they were. Likewise, on the last day, the owner arrived before 8.30am, as check out is 10am we felt he could have waited until then. Shower head’s desperately need replaced.

Property was perfectly set up for our family of five, with three kids of five and under. Location worked really well, a short drive to beach and old town but v straightforward.What I would call out in particular was the responsiveness of the property manager and the owner. We had an issue with the gates to the property that had broken meaning we couldn't get in (no problem there, stuff breaks that's just life!). I was incredibly impressed by the combined responsiveness of agent/owner who were out to fix this within 20 mins! honestly couldn't ask for better service.
