Private country house with private driveway for up to 7 guests in the countryside surrounding Pollensa only 5 minutes drive to the Port Pollensa with its golden beaches, restaurants, bars and shops and 10 minutes to Old Town Pollensa with its charming square and café culture. Traditionally furnished with terracotta tiles and beamed ceilings. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc. 1 double bedroom with aircon, 1 twin bedroom with air con and 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom on the mezzanine level with fans only. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Covered porch area outside for al fresco dining and relaxing. A built in barbecue. Parking on the property for up to 3 cars. Private pool 8x4 m, depth 1.95x1.00m – pool towels are provided in this house. Terraced area for sunbathing on the sunloungers which are provided. Attractive lawned garden with mature shrubs olive, palm and fig trees.

We had a great time at this villa in Mallorca. The house was very spacious, practical, and well equipped for our needs. The private pool was definitely a highlight, and we enjoyed spending time outside. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Lovely outside area, well equipped generally.
Good location.
Definitely bathrooms. Both showers need upgrading.
Maybe ceiling fans in the living areas for when it’s really hot.
Mosquito plug in repellants could be provided.
The mattress on the mezzanine floor is terrible and needs replacing.

This was a comfortable villa in a convenient location for both Pollensa town and Port de Pollensa. The owner was very helpful when the air conditioning unit stopped working and we had regular cleaning and changes of bath and pool towels. The office staff were helpful whenever contacted. We, and particularly my daughter, enjoyed feeding the goats who live in the field behind the villa.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und schönen Holzmöbeln auf der Terrasse, einem Grillplatz mit Abendsonne und einem sauberen Pool. Für Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern waren die Ziegen hinterm Haus ein großes Plus. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit.
Fliegengitter für die Fenster wären ganz toll, um die Mücken aus dem Haus zu halten und trotzdem frische Luft zu genießen.
