It has lovely views over the surrounding countryside and an excellent location situated between the three resorts of Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia providing easy access to amenities, restaurants and shops in just a 10-minute drive as well as a golf course and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro in approximately 15 minutes. The property is tastefully furnished in a typical Mallorcan style with traditional features including wooden beam ceilings and tiled floors. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan lounge/dining area that opens out to a covered terrace. Outside, the private swimming pool is set within an enclosed garden laid to lawn, there are plenty of loungers for relaxing days in the sun and a brick-built barbecue and patio furniture are provided for al fresco dining.
