About this villa rental
Wonderful country house located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença
As soon as we enter the holiday home, we are greeted by the beautiful veranda, which gives us a direct view of the natural surroundings. We then enter the bright living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and much more. These two rooms have direct access to the outside area.
The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the other two have two single beds. All rooms share two bathrooms with a bathtub.
Other facilities such as a table tennis table, the beautiful pool with outdoor shower and an impressive barbecue area are also available so that nothing stands in the way of enjoying hours of fun.
This villa is ideal for families with young children. You can enjoy other amenities such as the ping pong table and an impressive barbecue area that you can use at any time and in any weather as it is covered. This outdoor area has a shower room.
Pollença is only 4 km away and is located at the northernmost point of the Serra de Tramuntana, the largest mountain range and nature reserve on the island and is surrounded by different types of landscape. In the beautiful old town you will find numerous supermarkets, pharmacies, boutiques, varied restaurants and cafés.
The old town of Pollença with its winding streets and imposing houses proves that Pollensa was already an important and rich town in the past.
Puerto de Pollença is about 4 km away. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, which are partly protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Great stay, family loved the pool and the villa was perfect. We love the area, easy access to Pollensa and Port Pollensa as well, lots of restaurants, beaches and other activities. Will definitely be back!

The Villa could be a 10 with a few minor tweaks. The house, gardens and pool are fantastic. The facilities such as barbecue washing machine, dishwasher etc are fine and the location is beautiful. The gardens are well maintained, as is the pool.
The beds are the major let down, especially the double which creaks and rocks like an old boat. The singles are fine if a little narrow. There is a lack of Information in the house about air con, how to use the TV etc, but these are minor things.
