This little slice of heaven is the perfect place to stay when on the south side of Kauai!!! The photos are accurate but don’t do this awesome condo justice! Everything from the amazing ocean/turtle views from the lanai, the location, the house layout (that is very private feeling and you never hear your neighbors), the water and ice maker in the fridge, to the air conditioning, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, super comfy pillows & beds, and most especially the wonderful communication and accommodating nature of Heather, makes this place beyond worth it!!! We snorkeled right there next to the beach house (where had dinner and also rented snorkeling fins from the attached little shop), and Poipu Beach is like five minutes away, which had some of the best snorkeling - we swam with turtles and a seal!! The neighborhood is quiet and the area has some great places to eat and shop near by. We just got back and I have already referred a few friends to this amazing condo! We had a great stay! Condo was in a perfect location for us. We loved sitting on the lanai watching turtles, ray and even a shark. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Did not have much in the way of salt/pepper, spices, ziplock bags etc - had a few Tupperware type containers. Unit had amazing view towards Poipu and Baby Beach. We had dinner one night at The Beach House (next door). All in all a wonderful spot - we would definitely stay again.

The Koloa/Popui area of Kauai is lovely and the condo is accessible to most of the area’s attractions. The condo is nicely furnished and fine for two couples or a small family. The view is to the East so the morning sun can be quite warm, but AC is available to manage the heat. We had a most enjoyable stay.

The condo is perfect for getting away. The view from the lanai is terrific and it’s a short walk to sit on the beach and watch the sunset. It is well located to get anywhere on the island. We were traveling with friends and it worked wonderfully for us. Easy checking in and out. It’s a great spot and they have nice items for the beach (chairs especially). We all would stay here again!

This condo is amazing!!! Its BEAUTIFUL inside and well stocked with everything you need from cooking to beach trips. The views from the balcony are INCREDIBLE!!! The sea turtles were hanging out all day every day and we even saw some babies! We also got to watch a tiger shark that came into the bay for about 45 minutes!! The rocking chairs on the lanai were a great touch - we all loved sitting in them enjoying the ocean, turtles and the view. (This is the first vacation we never even turned on the tv!) Heather was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were taken care of. If you book this condo you will not regret it!! We were here almost 2 weeks celebrating my parents 50th anniversary, our 7th anniversary and my birthday! My dad ran the Kaua'i Marathon and this location was perfect for the start and finish. Such a special place for special celebrations and great memories!! Mahalo!!

We had a wonderful 5 nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed… down to the scale to weigh our luggage before heading to the airport. We will remember sitting out on the balcony and spotting the sea turtle and taking in the beauty. We will miss the sound of the waves! Thank you!!

We have a wonderful stay in this unit. We say so many see turtles each day from the lanai. The most amazing experience was seeing the sunrise from the lanai and waking around the building and watching the sunset later in the day. The beds are very comfortable and the AC units keep all the rooms cool. Heather was available and responsive. We would definitely recommend this unit.

This condo was centrally located just outside the busy beachy town of Poipu. Close to shopping and dining in old Koloa Town as well. Great view of sunrise from the lanai in the morning. AC unit in the main living area and one bedroom. The other bedroom had a large fan but we still felt pretty warm in the night unless we kept the bedroom door open. Bedroom and bathroom doors are louvered doors with slats and the bathrooms have open transoms as well; makes privacy difficult. Other than that, the condo was great!

The location of this property is great. Watched sea turtles every day from the lanai. Beautiful area by the Beach House restaurant to watch the sunset. Heather was very responsive to any questions I asked before our trip and when we rented her Jeep, delivering it to us! The condo was beautiful and met all of our needs. This property was perfect for what we needed. We love Poipu and this condo is just a 5 minute drive from Poipu Beach and is a nice central location for most of the island. The view is amazing and the amenities were great. Heather provides two coolers, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a boogie board and an umbrella. The entry to the condo was very easy, parking never a problem, and Heather makes it very easy to rent her Jeep as well. She left us a welcome gift and was always easy to communicate with. She graciously extended our check out time since we had an evening flight. We couldn't have asked for a better hostess. Our only regret was not seeing any sea turtles from the balcony, but no one can control that! We saw plenty of turtles and seals on Poipu Beach! It was wonderful to sit on the balcony in the mornings and enjoy the view. We walked to the end of the building to see sunsets and could easily walk to The Beach House restaurant for a very nice dinner with a great view. The air conditioning worked well throughout the condo, with the master bedroom getting just a little warm if you slept with the door closed. We learned to leave the door open a bit with the ceiling fan on and it was fine. The bedroom doors are slatted, so not always completely private in terms of noise, but we were traveling with our best friends, so it was ok. Additonally, there is an open area above the hall bathroom wall, so again, not completely private when it came to noise, but we worked around it. Just things to be aware of, depending on who you are traveling with. All in all a fantastic experience!!! Mahalo Heather!

Heather is great. We were able to get into the condo early. It is more beautiful than the pictures. Everything we needed was there. The view from the Lanai is so amazing. We watched the turtles endlessly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is so important to my husband. We would stay here again. Thank you Heather.

Condo was amazing!! Right on the ocean and we saw turtles from the lanai. We had a group of 6, so two of us slept on the pullout couch and it was pretty comfortable! There was even an additional air mattress, if needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. Great place to stay for a girls’ trip or family getaway.

The view was incredible. The kitchen was stocked full with dishes, cookware, condiments and everything else we needed. Heather was easy to connect with and check in/out was super easy. Great beaches and restaurants in short walking distance. We had two infants and the place was great for them. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 young kids. We will be back!!
