Proudly managed by Suite Paradise Poipu If you are looking for a special place for an unforgettable honeymoon, romantic getaway, or a family vacation where anyone from grandparents, young children, and teenagers can be comfortable, then Lawai Beach 1401 is the place for you! This unit is one of the few at Lawai Beach that is owned by individual homeowners, as opposed to timeshare ownership, so you will feel and see the owners' personalized treatment of their condo. From your perch at the top floor, you will have a magnificent view of the garden and the blue Pacific across the street; where you can watch amazing sunrises and sunsets as you sip your tropical drink or morning coffee. Although snorkeling is a popular activity across the street, that is just a sampling of the myriad of ocean/water activities that you can experience throughout the island. The stretch of road as you turn right from the resort is perfect for morning runs or walks and leads to one of Kauai's natural wonders - Spouting Horn. The unit itself is a comfortable home away from home, featuring a kitchen that is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and the ever-important blender for mixing drinks, pots, dishes, and glassware. A washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. There are 2 bathrooms and the master suite offers a Cal King bed and ocean view while the guest bedroom has two full-size beds. The open floor plan of the living room makes it possible to see the ocean from the kitchen. There are three pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, a mini-golf course, and barbecue grills. You will find incredible value, luxury, and relaxation during your stay here at Lawai Beach, allowing you to truly understand the meaning of “Hawaii Time.”

Just returned from a fantastic family vacation with my husband and 3 small children. We had a wonderful stay at Lawai Beach, and would definitely recommend staying here to others! Lots of families and small children in Poipu. We stayed for 10 days, and were all very comfortable in the condo. Location was great, easy accessibility to southern beaches, but we were also able to explore much of the island. Only difficulty was that the condo does not offer basics such as paper towels, toilet paper, spices/any cooking item, and the such. That would be something to consider, especially for those staying for a long period of time. We did find a Walmart/Costco within a 20 min drive that had all those items. But the condo did have a wonderfully stocked kitchen with anything you'd need to prepare a meal, down to containers for leftovers. We really enjoyed the puzzles and game selection (LOTR Monopoly especially). Also the pool at Poipu Athletic Club was great when we were too tired to beach it. Thank you for allowing us to use the condo, we really enjoyed it and the beauty of Kauai!

Our first extended family vacation to Kaua'i became exceptionally memorable by opting to stay at Lawai Beach Resort, unit 1401. This luxurious "rare" condo is exactly as depicted online, fulfilling all our expectations and beyond! Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a freshly cleaned condo, complete with chilled glasses and a bottle of wine awaiting us. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped; we had everything we needed! The decoration is elegantly tasteful throughout the space. The breathtaking view and spacious private lanai are truly captivating! It's the lanai where we spent most of our time, whether it was for dining or relaxing after a day of adventuring around Kaua’i. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and the amenities are welcoming and abundant. The owners have demonstrated exceptional hospitality and care for their guests in every conceivable manner! Furthermore, we would like to recognize Suite Paradise for their exceptional management services. They exhibit kindness, provide easy booking with clear communication, respond quickly to minor repair needs, and we intend to contact them for our future accommodations. 1401 is a treasure! We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and the unit was very large and spacious. The view was fabulous and we enjoyed eating dinner on the lanai. Snorkeling right across the street was a big plus and the condo was close to lots of activities on the south shore.

The pictures don't lie ... this condo is as nice as advertised! The unit was clean, kitchen was fully equipped (with the exception noted below), and the view is amazing. However, I gave it 4/5 stars due to some minor inconveniences during our stay: 1) lack of basic cooking essentials such as spices, oil, foil etc. which have been available at all of our past VRBO rentals; 2) freezer door was partially open upon arrival so ice was not available for about a day; and 3) we were locked out of the unit one night after getting back from an all day excursion and had to have property maintenance open the door (new key cards were delivered by the property manager the next morning).

This property is amazing! We had the best experience here as a family of 4. Our elementary/middle-school aged children loved it making vacation that much more enjoyable for us parents. Kitchen is completely stocked - we enjoyed making air popped popcorn in the evenings and homemade waffles in the morning. The views are incredible, beach across the street is excellent for snorkeling, and property is clean/quiet. Also feels like an updated but homey Hawaiian getaway- new and modern but not a “generic standard” hotel room you could get anywhere in the US. Really added to the feeling of being in Hawaii. We hope to visit Kauai again some day and will have our fingers and toes crossed we get to stay here again. Mahalo!!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. There are not many resorts that have ocean views and the lanai on this condo is where we spent every morning and every evening. With just the screen door closed, we got to listen to the waves every night and wake up again with that wonderful sound. This updated condo is very well done, with designer appliances and every small kitchen appliance you could ever want. The two bathrooms were good size and the bed was comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We hope to come back to Kauai and we would definitely want to stay here, again.

We couldn't have asked for more--lovely suite of rooms, well-decorated, immaculately clean and up-to-date, with well-supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, entertainment center, large lanai, and full oceans views from all rooms except one bedroom and bathrooms. Helpful management and a quiet, beautifully maintained location were added bonuses. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return soon, even though we usually like to stay in places we've never been before.

A wonderful unit, beautiful resort and helpful staff. Some loud construction was being done on the building throughout the first three days of our stay, but nothing that going to the pool or enjoying one of the many beautiful local beaches couldn’t fix. Would certainly recommend this unit!

Beautiful quiet place for our vacay. Clean. Nicely decorated and amazing views. Friendly and professional service. Plentiful kitchen and bathroom amenities. Etal cookware, dishes, beach towels, etc. Could use more spices, as there is only salt and pepper. Close to shopping villages and general stores. Close walk to beaches. Not flexible about check-in/check-out so plan accordingly. Looking forward to our next visit!

All was wonderful, as it has been for the last several years we have been coming here. The bathrooms and kitchen renovations were outstanding. The only issue we had was that the condo key cards kept on failing. We went to the Suite Paradise office twice to get new sets of keys. We kept them away from other credit cards and cell phones, but for some reason they kept going bad???? John, thanks again for allowing us to spend time in your slice of heaven in paradise!!! Gus
