An Unforgettable, Magical Stay in Paradise. This was, without a doubt, the best place I've ever stayed in Hawaii. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, but the true star of the show is The View. It is simply gorgeous—the definition of paradise. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze and falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was instantly relaxing. The absolute highlight, however, was seeing bioluminescence every single night right from our balcony! That unique, unforgettable spectacle made the stay truly magical. Beyond the stunning location, the service elevated our entire trip. Every staff member we encountered was excellent—hospitable, professional, and genuinely helpful. A massive thank you to Marianne, Ivan, Benny, Alexis, and the wonderful pool attendant (sorry, I forgot his name) for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. We loved our stay so much and would be happy to come back again and again.

The resort absolutely wonderful, friendly staff. My only issue was no air conditioning, and I know it's authentic and trade winds; however it was hot and hard to get a breeze through our condo, a little relief would have been great. Our lanai and the roominess of our room couldn't ask for better, the pool was also exceptional. It would have also been nice not to have carpet; it did not look clean. But it is what it is. perfect location to go either direction also loved the safety we felt there. And no roosters or chickens that we saw on the property.

Loved Whalers Cove, fom the moment we arrived at Whalers Cove we felt right at home. Our accommodations where amazing, one of the best I have stayed at. The staff through out the property where friendly, helpful and professional. The Welcoming basket and birthday wishes card gave it a special touch. The apartment and surrounding grounds where very clean, and well kept, the sea blue pool and hot tub so relaxing and a great way to end the day. The apartment met all our needs and then some, being nicely laid out, the kitchen well supplied with all we needed for preparing meals. The bathroom supplies, access to beach/pool towels and even the snorkeling gear was an added plus. The view from the living room area and main bedroom was so WOW! WOW! breathtaking. Spending my morning on the balcony with a cup of tea was a lovely way to start my day on Kaui. The convenient location of Whalers Cove made getting to areas of interest and trips easy. Highly recommend. I look forward to returning.

Whalers cove is a amazing property, the view was stunning and my 84 year old father enjoyed the binoculars provided, he was able to see the turtles in the water from our balcony..The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortably, the people were amazing at the front desk and being able to borrow snorkle and boggie boards made my boys very happy...Highly recommend this place it a 10+++🐢🐢🐬🐬

Whalers Cove Oceanfront Resort is top notch! We could not have asked for more…ocean views right from our living room, the sound of crashing waves to lull you to sleep each night, steps away from the heated pool and hot tub overlooking the Pacific and a beautiful, grassy lawn overlooking the ocean just perfect for whale, sea turtle and dolphin watching. Our unit was spacious with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Large bathrooms with walk in showers and double sinks, a huge walk in closet and nice kitchen with full size appliances. The unit was well appointed with a relaxed island feel. It is very comfortable and stocked with any amenity you may need. We especially enjoyed the framed prints of photos taken by the owner of beautiful spots all around Hawaii (and the binoculars)! The General Manager was exceptional from the time we booked until after our departure, as was the rest of the staff. Everyone we encountered at the resort were warm and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Communication and recommendations from the manager for local attractions were spot on and certainly added to our trip. We booked a boat tour based on her recommendation and had a blast. We were amazed at the ocean wildlife we saw…Manta Rays, Humpback Whales breaching, Monk Seals, Spinner and Bottle Nose Dolphins…all set to the breathtaking beauty of the Na’Pali Coast.

The most beautiful property in Koloa. Very quiet except for the sound of the crashing waves. You can see dolphins, turtles and whales from your lanai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here 3 times and have called this place my home in Kauai. It’s truly magical!

This was the best trip ever! Not only did we get the best room in the best condo but it was so close to everything. Everyone was so friendly. One of the nicest things was the shopping center that was within walking distance. You have a choice of restaurants and many shops to go purchasing. Already planning our next trip.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive to our needs. Loaned us beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys. The view was wonderful! Pool and barbecue were very nice. The kitchen could have been cleaner, but very well stocked. No AC. That took a couple of days to acclimate to, but overall not a problem even for my son who feels the heat.

The serenity of Whalers Cove was the biggest plus for us. More of an adult resort just because no playgrounds and pool slides. Ever more than 4 people in the pool and spa always available. The smaller size of Whalers Cove made it so peaceful yet very close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The ocean is just outside the door and waves crashing against the rocks is beautiful.

The unit was beautiful. The sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep and we saw turtles and seals right outside our door. The condo had most everything we needed to cook at home and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was there is no air conditioning- so it could get hot if the wind wasn’t blowing.

We had an incredible stay in an oceanfront room. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony taking in the views with the soft ocean breeze. On our last day we even saw a sea turtle come up for a breath. Easy walking to many south shore sites. Highly recommend.
