Old Town Top Spot Apartments

Great location. Lovely apartment. Nicely furnished. Excellent host. Best directions and clearest instructions of anyplace I have ever stayed. I would happily stay here again and recommend it. If you want to explore the old town, it is ideal. The photos provided in the listing are entirely accurate. The apartment is very close to the Pile gate, with only a single step along the path to reach the building's front door. That is a huge positive and makes the building very easy to access. The building's interior stairs to reach the 1st floor apartment are easy to navigate. When the apartment's windows are closed, they do an excellent job at blocking sound from the streets. The air conditioning worked very well. There are banks, ATM's, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and there is a small market just one block away for essential groceries and supplies. The bathroom appears to have plumbing for a washer/dryer, but no washer/dryer. It would be wonderful if the host eventually adds the ability to do laundry. However, there is a same-day laundry service in the old town, just a short walk away, that washes, dries, and folds your laundry. I used that laundry service while I was there and was happy with the result.

No real complaints, but the bed had the firmest mattress I have ever slept on. I found that it was firm enough that I would wake up a bit sore in the morning. However, that is a preference issue rather than a problem. If you prefer a firm mattress, it may be perfect for you.

The location is excellent, so central and right in the middle of everything in the old town, but can't hear the noise once inside the apartment. The apartment had all facilities and amenities, was very spacious, lots of storage in the bathroom and bedroom and lots of hangers for clothes. The host was very helpful, quick to respond, provided lots of clear instructions and suggestions. Will stay here again.

Probably could use a bit more of a dust in the apartment, but everything else is great.

It is sooo central! Right in the Old Town.

The location, easy to access, clean and excellent host. The property was ready earlier than check in time and as I had an early flight in, i was very appreciative to be able to access it then.
