Room was good value given central location. Room was clean and certainly large enough for us as we spend very little time in our room anyway. The air-conditioning worked very well which was a very welcome thing given most restaurants, shops, and museums were not air conditioned, and it was HOT the week we were in Dubrovnik. Host was very timely with responses to questions, etc.
Suggest stocking a bit more coffee in the room.

Location of the apartment couldn't have been better, couple of minutes from both gates , close to anything one may need , bar , restaurants, bus stop , shops and so on . Apartment is very clean , all facilities in top condition, comfortable and has everything one might need .
Communication with host is impeccable, very much appreciated.
Very enjoyable stay , highly recommended
Nothing to dislike

The location was the highlight—no stairs required to reach the property. If you go through the Pile gate there is a ramp if you have heavy luggage. The property itself does have stairs to get to the rooms but they are manageable.
It's a little noisy, but you can expect that everywhere inside the old town walls. Some earplugs will fix the issue.
